Cooking Class with Chef Bob

Chef's Bob's interactive cooking class is off to a huge success. The classes have been expanded and are held on the 3rd and 4th Tuesdays of each month thru June. Chef Bob conducts his class in the kitchen of Bernardo's and allows everyone to experience the actual preparation, cooking and finishing of multiple food items taking into effect your desire to be creative and practical while preparing your own home cooked meals. After the meals are prepared you all are allowed to sample and discuss the process and ingredients in our cozy bar area where we have an electric open forum, got to have fun here!! Interactive - meaning your input is what dictates the theme of each class as Bob will alter and answer any and all questions that may come to mind. Each series of classes therefore has its own identity and personality, hence we really get the fun thing going!!! Each class is 45.00 per person, per month, per series.

Our September line up will feature additional classes on Sunday's, one during the day at 1pm and another class on Sunday night @6pm, plus our regular Tuesday nights. I will clarify as we continue to sign on fall students and fill up our classes. So now's the time to e-mail chef Bob at Bernardos1@comcast.net to fill out your application for our fall classes. Because of your participation, we have been featured in several newspaper articles, front page and living color shots of our class and featured entree's that are always available at Bernardo's., plus a 45 minute video on local cable is now available for your viewing. Several other media outlets are interested in the format and interaction of our show, our ability to be unique has everyone's curiosity not to mention the great time we all have while we learn.
